How long does it take to get a blind date opportunity?

My one-star celebrity with a great reputation just got a call from a friend asking to share her number with someone who wanted to date her. I thought I clicked ok, but it's been two in-game days with no blind date. I ended up going ahead with my original plan, which was to orchestrate a meeting between her and the guy I intended to be her second boyfriend.
ETA: She did get a call not long after from someone wanting to be friends, but he's married. Not sure if that was related to the blind date offer or just her first "fan'.
