How many kids do you prefer to have per couple?

It used to be 2 for me, but ever since an over abundance of Multiple births in my saves I just stick to 1 per couple if I can.

I usually like to do 2 or more because I wanna see different outcomes of the parents' genes :'D

I like having 3 kids because I have 2 extra siblings myself. And in my 100 baby challenge my sim had 3 triplets before :o

I voted for 2, but I often have more than that
Especially when it's a step family situation, and the newlyweds want to have a baby together

I always tell myself one or two, but then I end up with ~7! I'm assuming it's because I'm an only child.

0.5 isn't an option huh? Sometimes my couples don't have kids sometimes they have 1 or 2. My singles have more babies actually... hmm..

Honestly, it's different for each family but usually between 2-5!

It feels like too much if I have to handle more than 2-3 kids per household.

I love big families. If we had Preteens and University Life, my families would be almost perfect. (I'm also hopeful for a hobbies expansion pack, an attractive system (Likes/dislikes), some more ways to propose, and more places to take dates, as well as a generations expansion pack). Once that happens.. families will be pretty great.

Anyways, if we had preteens, I would have a family with one teen, a preteen, a child or two, and two toddlers. ♥ a Full house. And of course, just as the teen gets ready for their birthday and moves out for college, and the other children age, my Sims would be working on a new addition to the family. Twins, or triplets would be great! Big families are fun to play because they're so chaotic and so much is going on. Allows for lots of story telling. :)

Families I don't play, usually have 2 kids. A few of them have 3. I usually have 3 or 4.
Sometimes I'll have a much older kid with an ex partner and then have a couple more with someone else later on,
then my ex partner might have a kid with someone else.

I wish the family trees showed up fully always. I'm working on the Goth family legacy atm. Bella and Morty have already died, Cassandra has 3 kids of her own and my sim has 3 kids with Alexander. Yet to have a Goth kid that doesn't have black hair :tongue:
