Adults 35-45
Elders 70-85
Not strict for adult ages, but the children are averagely this way.
I do make efforts to make teens look this age, too, I know they generate older.
I mostly say that when the ages are higher, adults are older than I see a lot of The Sims 4 simmers play, because I reflect on my sims a lot.
