The sim died in their home, which is now empty. I don't know if there's an urn inside since the door is always locked.
Try going there from the manage worlds and if it's inside move it outside then you can visit the lot with your sim and pick it up.
I can't go inside though. Nobody lives there so when I knock on the door nothing happens.
