Hi, I know this used to be an issue, but it was fixed, once upon a time. Well, it now appears to be back. My Sim was busy raking his front yard and somehow he managed to shove a pile beyond his gate, and in truth, just beyond his property line. :open_mouth: (How'd he do dat?) I can do NOTHING with it. At one time, all we had to do was either have our Sims visit another venue, or wait about three Sim days and it would disappear. Well, I have done both. The pile is rotting, lots of green clouds over it, and I can't even delete or move it in buy/build mode. I have thought about either moving my Sims out, briefly, and placing a copy of this lot in its place, but I may end up with another group of chickens in the Household Inventory, which I cannot delete, either. I enabled it through mccc. If you feel up to it, Go to your sims computer, select mccc, then Mccc.settings,select notifications, console, menu settings. Then select debug commands in cheats, then select enable. You will probably also have to enable testing cheats and enable that too. It’s all in the same list. You may have to restart your game and I know it’s a pain but I love it. It helps get rid of things without the hassle.ETA: Also with this enabled, I can shift click on my sim and heave him/ her abducted by aliens on the spot, which o have done. Lol

It doesn't give you the option to burn the leaf pile?

This worked the stinky pile is gone, gone, GONE! Thank you so much for clarifying the tip! I am happily again. :)

He's a bit of a smart cookie really, he raked them outside his property :D He didn't want to clean up the mess. Then he prayed for a higher being to come and remove it hehehe

Have you tried removing it with the "bb.enablefreebuild" cheat activated?

Can you shift click and select “destroy object”? I do this for when townies leave food all over town.

Oh, man, neither worked. The only shift-click was Reset (debug) or set as head. When I enabled bb.enablefreebuild there was 'nothing to delete'. Nor could I move it. I was hoping to at least place it onto the lot. Face/palm. Now, what should I do?

So I came across a similar problem recently. I thought placing leave piles (from build/buy mode) all over the yard would be a pretty fall aesthetic.... I didn't know they could expire so man was I surprised when I had stinking piles of trash all over my yard (and in my house *facepalm*). My sim could reach all but one that I ended up just leaving there for the time being.....

Have you tried dragging and dropping it into your sims inventory while in play mode? I didn't try it but I have used it with other items in similar situations.

If you have ROM, you could try to use a Spellcaster to set it on fire.

When you did the shift click, you had testing cheats enabled, right?
