How to fix please? my taxes are higher then rent.

Question

im returning player  so  new newb again?    i own an 4 unit rental :  live in one,  one is rented.  2 need to be furnished so  not rented yet.  can we rent  not furnished?  why  are my taxes  higher then the rent  ?  will   renting 3 units  make me a profit??  maybe i should live in an one lot i build my own home  then buy  another rental lot?

Maybe the rating is still low? I'm not sure how you can improve the rating, but taking good care of that tenant will help.
