How to have two sims hate each other, but scorching woohoo life?

I was wondering, how one goes about having two sims have a high romantic relatinship bar (pink) but absolutely hate each other (blue bar above) at the same time. I remember when this game first came ...

Hey! There is an older thread that has many answers on how to achieve this, https://forums.thesims.com/en_US/discussion/803164/is-a-love-hate-relationship-possible

I assume you would start with high relationship and high friendship - then start to argue and apologise in bed. This way you lower the friendship but keep the relationship high.
