How to play two save games at once? (Especially appreciated from youtubers that have multiple LPs)

I usually create a new save when my game hit a major milestone, so in case something happens I have a backup to fall back to. So I guess it's safe to say that yeah, you can create as many saves as you want and keep them safe. Just load the one you want to play via Load Game button.
