How to reset sim's skills, aspirations etc. to clean state in Library?

I've recently noticed that when I begin a new game, a sim loaded from my Library keeps all his skills, aspiration points, vampire powers etc. But I want to play from the very beginning! How do I reset...

Thank you. I think I've managed to generate almost-identical twin of my sim. It was my biggest frustration from TS4 so far :'( I can't even imagine why there is no way to copy sim's appearance or to save a sim without saving his progress like in Sims 3. It's just stupid!
