How to Spay/Neuter?
Has anyone done this so far? I'm not sure how to get it done.

Every time I try to sign in, all the options on the kiosk are greyed out. It happens when my sim goes alone or with the pet in question. No matter what I do, I can't get it to work. Do I have to be an actual vet? Or is my game just broken? Lol
