how to you build a rocket ship?
i have the rocket placed on the ground and have tried with different ppl to 'build' it...to no avail. can only a level 10 astronaut build it?

I find that annoying because a rocket would make more sense on a community lot than on a residential lot -- as much as rocket ships make sense I suppose. But a science center would be a better place for the rocketship than a tiny backyard.
That is really annoying! It's huge and lots are TINY! What was EA thinking?
Ok, so what if I made a community lot, but set it as residential and then had a sim build it, upgrade it and everything and then changed it back to a community lot, you think that would work? Because there is no way in hades that thing is going on my beautiful mansion property.
