I don’t have any cc harvestable plants, I could have planted them but it seemed like too much effort for a non-editable community garden, plus one of the plants there by default was dead so I had my sim remove it. But it seemed weird for a plant on a community lot like that to die, so I am thinking that maybe it wasn’t built entirely correct.
