I miss being able to talk about the up coming packs

Imagine if they made a pack with cars and interactive jobs where you could sell and build cars

SimGuruKate announced that there will be a MAXIS MONTHLY at the end of every month starting with September. It was in the same announcement about the GURU GARAGE where gurus will play the game and maybe show us a feature or two that we didn't know or haven't found yet.

You can find this announcement and the announcement explaining why there will be no more quarterly teasers in ANNOUNCEMENTS/THE SIMS 4 LATEST NEWS/LET'S TALK ABOUT THE SIMS ON TWITCH and UPDATE ON QUARTERLY TEASERS. (not shouting, just emphasizing)

I’ll have to read and re-read (because I still don’t understand all of these new communication stuff that didn’t tell us anything so far), but is the Maxis Monthly them just talking about stuff we already in the game? I want more previews and actual info, not just devs playing.

If Maxis Monthly has actual future info, then that would be pretty awesome.

Edited to Add: I like the Seasons content, and I’m still exploring the other packs, so I’m trying to wait.

I’m still waiting for more occult stuff and the island Paradiso-like content.

I would love more stuff for teens and babies, too.

But I’m still pretty interested in seeing what comes up next. :smile:

I liked Ilsa Paradiso too. I'd rather have a beach world with ocean swimming and beach stuff like shell collecting and maybe coral collecting. If it's a world we can live in, I think it would be more fun than a few days of vacationing. What would you like, beach world or beach vacation?

Isla Paradiso was my main world in Sims 3.

For several years, I only had the base game of Sims 3 and I had put my copy of Sims 3 away... until Island Paradise came out. (After I had bought the Island Paradise, I later bought Into the Future, Supernatural, and Generations.)

Despite its infamous issues (and my issues with that world and Sims 3 in general), in a way, the concept of Isla Paradiso still holds a place in my heart to this day. :blush:

So, yeah, a beach world where our Sims can actually live in is a big thing on my wishlist. :smiley:

I want to see a live-able beach world with ocean swimming like Sims 3’s Isla Paradiso in a Sims game again. :smile:

I’m currently loving Seasons, Vampires, Parenthood, and the club system from Get Together (and still exploring all of the other packs, of course), so I’m really excited to see what theme is coming up next.

Goodness, I’m so, so glad for toddlers, vampires, and Seasons!!! :smiley: I never knew how much I missed Seasons, lol! :lol:

So I’m playing and anticipating the next theme.

Well, if there are demands for those kinds of worlds and the devs have the budget and resources for them, then maybe one day we could have those types of worlds? :smile:

I know there are limited budgets and resources and none of us can get everything we want in reality and in our entertainment, but I hope there would be a nice variety of worlds so everyone can have a bit of something.

So far, I’m glad to have some good stuff that I like so far, but I hope there would be something in the future for you, too, @Movotti ! :smile:

with the very extremely poor number of lots with every single pack world for the sims 4, including the base game. I don't want them to remake them.
instead, I would rather they just created the sims 4 ones similar, not based of a remake. it would be a slap in the Face to me to get IP remake with 15 lots or something,
no swimming, diving, windsurfing, movable houseboats.
the sims 4 just can't seem to do much.
we just get sound effects, backdrops/ illusions, with a tiny number of lots, with locked public spaces!
it would be impossible to appreciate a remake with this game
look at city living world compared to late night world :(
