Is this Cookout Lookout in Newcrest? I remember playing 100 baby challenge in this neighborhood. Saved so much money/time on food by just sending the kids to the cookout.

I purposely don't buy certain objects for my homes so that I can make my Sims travel to places like the library for the computer or reading entry level skill books. It's fun to get out!
