Hmmm, I dunno. I guess not as they don't have aspirations. But I wonder if you buy the parent/carer the trait and have them put the tot to bed that would count as an interaction by the parent and therefore not be punished…?
If the sims whose house it is puts them to bed, they'll still do it.
