Is a create a world tool coming to the sims 4!?

So I just saw this article and I'm really curious if this will actually become a thing. If it is I'm HYPED.
What do you think based on this article?

    Actually, this is legit. It was written by the people at xbox who had no idea what the game even contained. A lot of people complained it was false advertising and it was corrected. :)

    If something truly sounds amazing and seems as if the Guru's put major effort in its probably fake news.

    I don’t blame the people at Xbox. Sims 4’s tagline is “you create, you control, you rule” which on the surface seems like it would offer creative control similar, or improved from what The Sims 3 offered; what they didn’t know is that the tag line is only true for certain situations, and false for most.

    Remember the in-game PC game "Sims Forever"? I think that hints a lot, actually. Maybe even a new game / Special Edition?
    My guess is the latter, truthfully. This is a highly ambitious game the folks at Maxis have been hard at work to improve upon it (never mind EA or other major gaming publishers at the moment).

    Um, no. This is Xbox interns not doing their job. If you assume and announce game features by a tagline, then you're not doing your job.

    Can you create in The Sims 4? Yes. Control? Yes. Rule? Yes.

    What, where and who is a completely different story and to what extent should be researched not assumed.

    Simple as.

    They've stopped using the "You Create, You Control, You Rule" tagline for a long time. The live action "You Rule" trailer for example has been taken down from The Sims official YouTube channel and you can no longer find it.

    TS3 meanwhile used the "Play with xxx" tagline all the way till the end.

    I don't even think they have a tagline since 2016. Either way, we can do all 3 things in the game.

    "You Rule" is very non-specific and doesn't insinuate anything more than being able to make decisions on how the game plays out.

    I think they had come back to their original tagline "Play with Life" Especially after the release of toddlers. Its seems that they are more proud now of the game after toodlers are released so it will make sense to be back on that old good classic tagline.
