Is anyone else having issues packing sack lunches?

I'm having an issue in my game since the recent update in some households (but not all households) wherein packing a sack lunch glitches out, and leaves the sack lunch suspended in the air and unable ...

I did today. I sent my sim with a packed lunch to work, when their hunger went up ( I assume by using the packed lunch), they immediately came home early from work. The lunch was missing from their inventory.
