Is anyone else having issues with coffee / espresso?

Hey so I’ve been having my sims drink coffee and I’m getting the little energy bump but no moodlet. Now my sim moved into a new house and got the espresso machine from get together and the same thing is happening. Is this a glitch you’ve seen is it related to a mod? I did the updates after the patch cause i had UI extension break my build mode. Plz help i love my coffee

    My Stainless Steel Auto Pot brewed coffee that had my household buzzing (energised) for hours. The long length of the moodlet would have been thanks to Meaningful Stories.
    I only use MCCC and meaningful stories. Hope that helps?

    yea, according to kuttoe this bug is still a thing with the espresso. i hope this bug gets noticed. 

    "Sims who order the espresso "For Here" at cafes or drink them in their own home would get a small boost of Energy but would not get the moodlet they were supposed to. It appears that these drinks were checking the wrong drinking interaction and wouldn't give the moodlet to Sims unless they were seated. This mod changes it so drinking coffee in any posture setting will give Sims the correct moodlet."

    Appreciate the post and helping out the community VCWhittman​ but as this thread has not had a post for 6 years, we will have to close it.
