Is eco footprint actually working for anyone?
It's so buggy and doesn't make any sense, it goes from industrial to neutral in seconds then goes back to industrial again, especially if you travel to another neighborhood.. I started a new save ...

At this point I've just given up caring about the Eco Footprint. It's a pain to do anything with and it jumps about so much.
When I was playing through EL I'd be in my sims house and the world would be green, then I'd go elsewhere and come back and it'd be neutral again and not green at all, then I'd do the same again and it's green again. Other times the world will be neutral with 15% green and I'll randomly get a pop up saying the world is now green. It makes no sense.
The whole system is so poorly implemented that I just can't be bothered anymore (and don't even get me started on the NAPs...).
If I want a world to be green or industrial I'll just cheat it to that state
