Is it OK to upload a build based on a real life structure, such as the Amityville Horror House?

I'm sure there's nothing wrong with it. It's not a copyright violation or anything like that.
I personally still feel a little squeamish about posting some things, like if I used a Zillow listing as the reference and I know that's basically going to be someone's private residence. In those cases I use it as a building exercise but I don't post that exact build anywhere. Maybe another build in similar style or using a technique I learned though.
