It all depends on what is important to you, world, gameplay, or CAS items. As for me, I have never really been big on throwing actual weddings for my sims. I can count on one hand the number of weddings I have done in the game in the past 20 years. Nearly every time I just have my sims elope when it comes to getting married. To me the town is mediocre, but that is my own opinion. Although I do believe it would make a perfect getaway for sims for an added location to spend some time at a beach/vacation. What I do love is the CAS items that it added to the game.
Just letting you know if you do decide to add this to your game, there is a wedding venue that does need to be edited just a little by removing one of the wedding arches. Sims get really confused if you try to throw a wedding there.
