Is there a cheat that will let me change a lot type?

I was wondering why no one but my Sim ever seemed to go there that makes sense if it was set to General. I'm guessing they made that decision because it's basically set up to be a wedding venue and it's to keep random Sims from wandering in during the event. Of course when you want to change it to be a normal park it causes problems because no one will come when it's set to general. I really do hope they go back to allowing us to change venue types on the special lots. It just makes things so much easier.
