Is there a cheat to bring a ghost back to life?

I was working on the book of life, but just found out that I would have to use it before my sim died, and she's already very dead. (She randomly died from laughing!) Ambrosia seems like such a hard wo...

When I tried testingcheats true and then shift + click tombstone theres only "debug" and "set as head" (that one I translated frompolish as my game is in polish, so I'm not sure what it says in english?).
So does anybody know what it does? I'm quite fond of my ghosts, I'm a little afraid to test it.
