Is there a Total Annihilation feature in The Sims 4?

Hello! I'm new to The Sims 4 after playing Sims 3 for many years. I'm still getting used to all the changes in gameplay, and I'm wondering if there is Total Annihilation action for Sims 4 that works the same way or similarly to the way it worked in Sims 3.
I have MCCC and the base game with no expansion packs.

    I saw it all the time but never used the Total Annihilation option on Sims 3 but I assume that kills all the Sims in the world except for your household? If so, the MCCC doesn't have something like that, it has the option to delete all the Sims in the world except for your house, which means ghosts are gone too. If you're fine with everyone being "deleted" instead of dead then go for it.
