Is there a way to set make sims look as good ingame as CAS?

In CAS sims have so much detail but when you go into game mode they lose all of it... I have everything set to ultra (because it auto defaulted that way so I'm assuming it's not my graphics card) I'...

Is it only most clear when it comes to the cc you are using? maybe it has to do with the cc itself, if that is the case.
