Is there a way to turn off those annoying NAPs?

Am finding those things to be of no positive value whatsoever, rather an annoyance that makes playing the game more difficult. At best they are stupid and useless (like wearing paper bags). Is there...

You have a good point. Have never had either one happen in any game (yet, anyway) but have read many unfavorable comments over the years in the forums. The 'sharing' amounts to open season for being a thief according to the comments read. When voting have made a point of making sure it doesn't get selected.
