Is there a way to turn off those annoying NAPs?

Didn't know there was a napoverhaul mod, thank you. Made the discovery that each neighborhood has a different set of naps active, thus the do it neighborhood by neighborhood advice. I don't play in every world, let alone each neighborhood, so that shrinks the list of where to check and what to do. One that I checked had naps that were about things my sims there do anyway - gardening, art, music, and the like.
