Is this a mod or in game: I CAN edit my facial features in the mirror

I have not noticed this before, and i have had the game since release: If I pick "Change Sim" in the mirror, I can change facial features (not only hair color / cut but lip shape, nose shape, ear sha...

Okay, I feel like a dumb now. I've been using cheats for years to alter a Sim's facial appearance. /facepalm

I didn't know you could use the mirror for this until literally just now. This is very useful information to me.
