Issues with sneaking out

I think I've made the observation somewhere that sneaking out is useless for vampires . TBF, a teen vamp usually doesnt have access to such a high level skill, but move as mist negates the sneaking out routine period...

I just wanted to make that clear; certainly there are possible fixes, like capping the final of vampire ranks for YA+ only.
