I love that build especially for BB and the way you have taken an ordinary build and made it fit with the pack. Your basement looks great it reminds me little like a classroom and made me think how great it would be to become a teacher medium..Do you have the haunted lot res? If so i am wondering if the ghosts will make a beeline for the house/garage or both since there are sims at night in both locations..
I only realized I wasn't getting ghosts because I forgot about the residential lot as opposed to the haunted lot trait I was using instead and once I sorted that the fun started-)
