Looking for chain-link fence seen in Del Sol Valley (pic included)

I can't find the fence in build mode and I looked in debug by showing hidden objects. I see the wired fence in the regular build mode but not the one without it. I need this fence and a door gate ...

Are you sure it's not in debug? Or at least something like it. I swear I've seen and/or used it before. It also seems like there is a similar one in Ger to Work. Maybe I'm misremembering.

Maybe try filtering by pack then searching debug?
