Looking for chain-link fence seen in Del Sol Valley (pic included)

I can't find the fence in build mode and I looked in debug by showing hidden objects. I see the wired fence in the regular build mode but not the one without it. I need this fence and a door gate ...

Sorry its cloudy and rainy in my game so the pic is dark. I think this could be the fence?

I used these cheats
testingcheats true
bb.showliveeditobjects
bb.showhiddenobjects
bb.ignoregameplayunlocksentitlement

I also filtered by base game and get famous and entered the word debug in the search bar.
I scrolled all the way down and started searching from the bottom up ;)
