Lot Traits: Do you change them to fit your current household?
See headline. Basically, assuming you use them at all, do you "play fair" and stick to them or do you change them to fit your current household ("good schools" for kids, for example).

Not sure what to vote. I rarely use lot traits on residential lots. If I use them I often like to give the same trait for the whole neighbourhood... The whole thing is more about story telling and less taking advantage of the perks. If I download a house from the gallery I almost certainly remove all the lot traits.
