It's not body hair it's a man bun category.I ain't able to post pictures here but you can find it on livestream replay( talking about SimsVIP replay on youtube ) and if you look closely at 8:49 you can see it.

If it's available for both they are probably doing some CAS retagging.
Sounds like a new "updo/tied hair" category - Which we need because they are currently scattered all over the place.
Maybe there will be other tagging and category changes too.
