Actually I would say they do owe us to listen to us and give us what we want, it's us who are paying good money for the packs, at least make the packs worth the money and not just nice to look at.
Also, the freebies are nice but they are really alot of recolours and rehashes of stuff that we have already bought in packs.
A lot of us have spent a fortune on this game, I know they never asked us to but surely it is not asking too much to make their customers happy.
