If you learn nectar making, you will obviously know something about Mixology as well. If you know Mixology, you will know some about nectars, too. Guess the same for Juice fizzing. Maybe the Mixology could be the basic of all (like Cooking is for Gourmet cooking) and nectar/juice could be the specializing? I just think it's a tad much having 3 skills about bottle-stuff :)
Not sure yet how nectar making is handled, perhaps they are linked in some way?
I have to hard disagree on this one. Just because I know how to make a Cape Cod does not mean I know how to create and finely age a nice Shiraz, and experience with making homebrew kombucha wouldn't help me much with either of those skills.
