I'm unsure how true it is, but I once read Sims 3 being 32-bit may have contributed that. Supposedly, the game just had much more than 4 GB of RAM at max could run.
Personally, I can run the game fine with all packs installed, but I do get irritated at the empty/dead cars and boats I see everywhere, and I don't know if Overwatch gets rid of the boats.
I wish we had some of Twallans mods . Overwatch is for ts3
Agreed! MC Command Center is okay for what it is, but Twallan's were the very best!
(The creator of MCCC also blames any problems with his mod on other creators and leads his followers to gang up on others. :/)
