I haven't had any problems with the wedding pack, or any others for that matter....that is, except for Eco. I would consider that the worst TS4 moment, because it wasn't just a few people having problems with it, it was everyone.
They've fixed it now through various patches, but it was a bug-laden catastrophe for quite a while.
