Move Family from Gallery to ‘Other Household’?

this might be a really standard thing I should know but I’m not so sure. I’m revamping my world with new families and need to know how to have families in ‘other household’ without actually placin...

You have to move them into a house/lot then evict them. After that, go to manage households and click off the heart in the bottom right corner so that they go to the not in world area or 'other household' area. As far as I know, that's the only way. At least, its the only way I've found.
