moving the teachers into a house

Haven't tried that, but I think if you interact with a teacher's (or the principal) household in any way, it would mark it as "favorite" in manage household so they may be revoked of their role as teachers. I remember once doing it with the pub owner in cottage living and they got replaced by another sim. Either way I guess the only way to find out is to try it, speed up your game and wait for school day with ur sim (and don't save) and then check if the teachers were replaced or not.
