My Sim keeps getting into fights. How do I stop this?

Hi. One of my Sims, even though he has the "Good" trait, keeps getting into fights. He fought the landlord twice, and even fought Father Winter! This has never happened before, but now, this one sims ...

Oh, I remember that! One of my Sims kept getting beat up, mostly by teenagers. It was the lot with the park and I had replaced it with a residential lot. Good times!
