My Sim's mom was a bigger lady (I played her that way on purpose), but now her daughter is wanting to be a body builder. I have had her work out, but not sure if there is a way to get rid of her bell...

If you don't mind using an aspiration reward you could get her the insta lean potion (although in some ways it's a bit like cheating ;) )
