I now have an event save which I use only for these events. I just popped into it to check it today and my sim is still in festive winter mode, dressed in the clothes we got from previous events, drinking hot chocolate, playing music on the grimophone, and with her house decorated with freezer bunnies, seasonal wreaths, celebration cake, and all the other items we’ve gained!
I must confess that my heart always sinks when I hear there’s another new event, and I do find them a bit of a chore to get through as quickly as possible before getting back to my real game. But we have got some nice stuff from these in the past so I’m looking forward to these new items.
