For some reason, I thought the devs retired the term "world" and called Willow Creek, Oasis Springs, etc Neighborhoods, and then labeled the smaller areas within as sub-neighborhoods. I didn't think TS4 used the term "worlds" anymore. Ack, I must have misread something somewhere. >.<
If using the term "world" at all, I was under the impression it would go World (includes the entire livable area of the game) > Neighborhood (Oasis Springs, Willow Creek, Windenburg etc) > Sub Neighborhood (Foundry Cove, Courtyard Lane, Parched Prospect etc).
