New World? what's the difference from a neighborhood?

Hi, I just read that there is a new world in Get Famous. Cool!! But what is the difference between a world and a neighborhood? Will our Sims be able to travel from"world" to "world" or will it be li...

Truthfully I think they use them interchangeably. Because I could have sworn they’ve used the term neighborhood too. But they’ve also said they made the “worlds” screen smaller so who knows? ?‍♀️
