Next Game Pack - Do you want it to be a vacation world where you can run resorts, hotels, & motels?

Since Island Living didn't include resorts and managing resorts like Island Paradise in TS3, I really hope the next game pack has the ability to run hotels, motels and resorts. It should be a vacati...

@Blossom58 if you have Get to Work you can play as a doctor and see patients. If you have a pregnant sim you can join them at the hospital to deliver. Otherwise use the computer to buy medicine, or the fridge to get OJ to cure diseases.
