Not Wedding related - Is there any way to reduce duration of Soccer Injury?

That's a long time. I googled also and saw a couple of posts with one injury lasting 5 hours and another lasting 2 days.

How is it inconveniencing your sim/gameplay?

It's just an "uncomfortable" moodlet, so not a huge deal except if her other positive moodlets start to wear off while she is in class or at practice, when I can't do anything to refresh them. Or when she gets some other uncomfortable moodlet and it starts to stack up (like just now, eating a quick meal gave her a 'cold in the middle' uncomfortable moodlet).

I care about my sims, I feel uncomfortable when they do. :lol:

UI Cheats. Right click away the moodlet.

I was hoping for some non-cheaty way, like going to see a physical therapist or something. :lol:

I just noticed it counts down more quickly when my sim is sleeping, so now I'm thinking maybe if I take her to a Spa one of the massages or even the hot tub might help, like they do for other uncomfortable moodlets. I just need to find time for her try it...between classes, homework, soccer and the bot savants the poor dear barely has a minute for herself.

Don't sport massages help, also? Or am I mistaken.

I don't know, I'm going to find out though, I'm waking her up early this sim day to try to hit the spa. I hope the masseuses work early mornings. I built a spa on the new Tortosa beach front lot, so it gives me an excuse to actually visit it.

I had that happen to a Sim too. It took quite a while to go away. I think I tried the sports massage and the muscle relaxing bath.

Happy to report the sport massage does help. The moodlet gets the little green down pointing arrow animation on it indicating the duration is being shortened more quickly. With such a long duration in the first place, it still is going to last a while, but the massage cut the remaining time in half (from 2 days to 1 day).

@Elliandre, do you remember if the the muscle relaxing bath helped too? I assume it will seeing as the massage did. I also think Peppermint aromatherapy from an upgraded hot tub would help. I'm going to have to have her visit her moms; they have an upgraded hot tub.
