Open world totally breaks immersion for sure

WOW! That world is fantastic- someone did A LOT of work and did it well! I'm putting it in my Sims 3 game today. It's incredible and yeah, I agree that losing the "open world" (not even having the neighborhoods themselves open) was a huge mistake and trying to cover the fact that it directly ties into the game originally being designed as a multi-player online experience by saying they thought it "destroyed the experience" was one of the most ridiculous things I've read in a while.
