Orphanage run by Crazy Grandma

I have had the thought of making an "orphanage" where children can safely go. I've decided on 'Chieftain's Villa' in Sulani. I have spent hours working on the structural parts of the lot. Since 8 sims is the max, I'm going for 2 adults and up to 6 toddler/child/teens. I have 4 separate cabins for child and/or teens. Still have to work on where toddlers would go. After that all the child and toddler stuff they need. Still have much more work to do. well, anyways, that being said...

Who would be better at running an orphanage than a crazy tropical island grandma? :D

    I applaud your attempt to make a happy story. I'd also make it happy, but an Addams Family happy.
