I know I voted on this (I believe) and said jungle adventure (as I have this pack) - I don't have OR but I have been looking at it and wondering. I love certain aspects that I've seen in youtube play throughs that I watch. the cloud gazing and collecting the insects etc (I have a sims game where I'm attempting the collect everything I can-I don't have all the packs)
I would also love the explore the hidden world in granite falls, I've found the other 2, plus I love JA for the vacation world so I reckon I would love OR in the same way, change of pace and scenery - currently on a family play game as I just got parenthood and I'm loving it. I reckon OR could really bring to that rather than JA.
So I think it solely comes down to what gameplay style you have and all that jazz
